Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Beatsy Solutions ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include but are not limited to Web Hosting, Software Development, Domain Registration, and ICT Consultancy.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (usernames and passwords). You agree to notify Beatsy Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to compromised credentials.

3. Payment & Renewal

• All fees are billed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) or USD as specified.
• Payments are due in advance of service provision.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
• Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed through the registrar.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Beatsy Solutions' infrastructure for:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk emails.
• Hosting illegal content or copyright-infringing material.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or phishing attempts.
• Resource abuse on shared hosting environments (CPU/RAM spikes).

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Beatsy Solutions guarantees a 99.9% network uptime. In the event of an unscheduled outage exceeding our SLA, customers may be eligible for service credits at the Company's discretion. Maintenance windows are communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Software Development Particulars

For custom software (POS, ERP, Systems), the specific Scope of Work (SOW) signed by both parties takes precedence. Licensing, ownership of source code, and support periods are defined in the specific service contract.
